Worked within the Bristol City Council Communications Team as a website manager and e-democracy officer. Part of an £2million EU-funded project to increase e-participation in council matters, this involved running public consultations, webcasting council meetings, and managing a suite of e-democracy websites, among other things.

Introducing a live webchat element to webcasts of council meetings. Setting up a system to replace the council’s e-bulletin service which would save £3k per year. Launching a new online consultation portal with Bristol-based agency Delib.
