This is a template I use for all new clients to help flesh out their ideas and help cover off anything they haven’t thought of. It’s a great place to start if you are beginning a new website project.
It offers a simple Where, When, Why, Who, What and How structure to flesh out your ideas.
Content is king
Have you ever heard the phrase ‘content is king?’ Your project must start with the audience – identify who they are and what they want, and deliver that. You can have all the bells and whistles in the world on your site, but if you’re not providing what people want – what’s the point?
So, use this template as a guide, and go talk to your users first. If you need any advice or help, give me a call for an informal chat and I’ll be happy to answer any questions.

I should add – I’ve adapted this from another version I found online ages ago. I wish I could attribute the original author but I can’t remember who it is!
Is there anything missing you think should be included?
